Today, out of boredom, I went to search for my name in Google. Came across an article about a girl, who is also called 方欣.

Her biological parents gave her away 3 days after she was born. Her step parents couldnt afford to send her to a school. After her step parents divorced, she lived with her step father and step-step mother. Her step-step mother abused her and when she couldnt take it anymore, she left home to earn a living at the age of 16.

Had her first bf 1.5yrs ago, but his family disapproved them of being together. Broke up after that. Went to study with just 9000RMB she saved bit by bit over 5years. Rented a house that I think no Singaporeans will ever rent.

Her perseverance and determination moved me and made me wonder what the hell I'm doing for the past 21yrs. No accomplishments at all, living comfortably under my parents even when we had financial problems, spending money like it's free, and the list goes on..

Ought to do a reflection...
